We realize that your plans can go astray, and since we rely mainly on advance reservation, your cancellation cannot be readily filled. So to be fair to all, we have worked out the following:

We require a deposit on the first night's rate at the time of reservation.

Reservations exceeding three (3) nights require a two (2) night deposit. This advance deposit guarantees to both guest and management the entire reserved period. Balance of reservation due upon arrival.

Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. There is a twenty five (25) dollar processing charge per room for all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice.
